With every new business owner client I work with, the first thing we work on is – “What is your highly motivating vision?”

Here’s why.

If you’re a business owner or entrepreneur — and this is also is true if you’re a leader or manager in a business — a highly motivating vision gives you the fuel that gets you out of bed every morning to do awesome work in your business.

Because as we know, working on our business is sometimes hard.

Sometimes there are things we do need to do that feel challenging, and we encounter our own resistance.

That’s why I recommend starting your day by connecting with your highly motivating vision, because this can raise your energy on all important levels — spiritual, mental, emotional, and even physical.

But first you have to have one.

First, I want to give you an example from my own life. Something that’s highly motivating for me right now is growing my school of transformation and healing. And it’s something I literally think about every day.

Because I’ve spent the last 10+ years researching some of the most powerful healing, transformative and empowering modalities on the planet.

And the vision for me isn’t about numbers, how many people are going to be in the school, or how much money I’m going to be generating with the school.

For me, it’s all about the feeling of satisfaction of having people in the schools learning how to transform and expand themselves, and becoming powerful, transformational agents of healing and change in the world.

Over the last 8 years of working with clients on creating deep healing, and working with people’s deepest patterns and core wounds, I’ve seen so many of my clients reach a feeling of deep inner peace and freedom. And also, they’re way more unleashed to accomplish what they’re really wanting to in their business and in their life.

I just get excited by this vision, I get excited by seeing people in class learning, and practicing and applying.

This vision is so important for me, because there are definitely days where I’m feeling like, oh, I have to work on this piece of marketing. And I just don’t feel like it or I’m not feeling that creative. So when I reconnect with this vision, I get energized, and I get ready to go. And it gives me the spiritual fuel the mental fuel the emotional and physical fuel to get going.

And so one of the first questions I always ask people, when it seems like they’re not very motivated in their business, or they’re having a hard time focusing or getting into action…

“What is your highly motivating vision?” A lot of people tell me “I don’t have one.”

Well, it’s definitely going to be a lot harder to be in a state of focused flow and excitement when you don’t have that vision to pull you forward.

And so that’s what I want to give you today.
