  2. Being an Inner Coach means having a personal inner guidance system that helps you guide you in making decisions in your life — and also provides wisdom in daily situations. It involves learning to hear and listen to your own inner wisdom and intuition.
  3. Inner Coaches recognize that they are powerful creators who have the power to shape their own lives — and are proactive in creating the changes they want to see. They are able to listen to their deepest desires and make choices that are aligned with their goals and values.
  4. As an Inner Coach, when working towards goals and dreams, you’re able to bring all parts of yourself into alignment, such that all parts of you get their needs met in a healthy way — rather than being stuck in what can seem like an “inner battle” of conflicting desires.
  5. When you’re getting in your own way, self-sabotaging or procrastinating, Inner Coaches know how to work with their inner resistance effectively. Inner Coaches can release the underlying emotions, beliefs and stories that no longer serve, and powerfully integrate new emotions, beliefs and stories that are more true and empowering.
  6. Inner Coaches are able to set healthy boundaries in their relationships with others. By placing limits around your time, emotions, body, and availability, you set empowering boundaries that protect you from being drained or manipulated by others.
  7. Inner Coaches know how to dialogue with, soothe and ultimately evolve their own inner critic. The inner critic is an inner voice or presence that is critical, judgmental, and negative, and that focuses on our flaws and mistakes rather than our strengths and accomplishments.

We are then able to make decisions and take actions from a deeper source of wisdom.
